PET POLICY
City Place is a pet friendly community. Please obtain approval from management for your pet and meet the following requirements:
What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
- All dogs 99 lbs. and under are welcome, and no aggressive breeds are allowed. No exotic pets allowed.
How many pets may I have?
- We allow up to 2 pets per apartment.
Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
- We require a $300 pet fee (non-refundable), and a $200 pet fee deposit. Also, there is a monthly pet rent of $10 per pet.
